About Modified Field Hockey
I am excited about your interest in field hockey! It is an amazing sport that balances speed, endurance, agility and power. In order to tryout, it is NOT necessary to know how to play. I will teach you all of the needed skills and will help improve your overall level of fitness. The purpose of a modified program is to teach the fundamental skills athletes will need for JV/Varsity, while developing the responsibility to thrive as a student athlete. I look forward to another great season! Go Tigers!
