August 27, 2024 - Equipment Hand Out, 4-5 p.m. at Middle School Locker Room Ramp
August 28, 2024 - First Day of Practice, 4-6 p.m. on the field. Be there and ready to go between 3:30 and 3:45.
Start Successful
- Break cleats now and begin wearing them in the grass or turf, this will help with comfort when we begin
- Purchase a 5-Pad girdle. This is not mandatory, but will be extremely helpful to your athlete.
- We provide mouthpieces, but if your dentist/orthodontist recommend a different one, purchase and mold it
