The honor comes after her first season as the varsity coach. The season was exciting and their play took them to Buffalo State University as the No. 9 seed Lady Tigers’ triumphed 61-47 over the No. 2 seed Pioneer in March 3’s title game. A loss to Class A-1 champ Lewiston-Porter in the Class A crossover game left Amherst with an 11-13 overall record for the year.
